FURTHER BASIS OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Mr. Baird's history with previous companies has proved to be invaluable. He has an
enormous amount of experience in civil site design. Projects have ranged from simple
house site layouts and design to the new Mississippi Braves Stadium in Jackson. As
the civil engineer, he works closely with the design architect to complete a final set of
construction plans and specifications.
As one of the principals for Floyd & Baird Engineering Inc., Mr. Baird is responsible
for scheduling and organizing field activities with the survey crew. His experience and
knowledge in surveying combined with his energy and people skills are a great asset to
the company.
Mr. Baird is the elected County Surveyor for Hinds County, Mississippi. He is also a
licensed surveyor in the state of Louisiana.
